This is a site for parents and carers
Our show is for little kids, but our website, email list and shop are for grown-ups. We never ask for, collect or keep a child's name, age, photo or any other details.
What we collect
- Email list: your email address, when you choose to join.
- Shop orders: your name, postal address, email, phone (if you give it) and order details. Payment card details are handled by Shopify Payments; we never see or keep your full card number.
Why we collect it
- To send you new episode, song and colouring news (email list).
- To make, post and support your order (shop).
- We never sell your details or use them for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site:
- MailerLite sends our emails. Your email is stored in the European Union.
- Shopify runs our shop and payments. Your order details may be stored in Canada and the United States.
- Printful prints and posts your order. It receives your name and postal address and is based in the United States.
Cookies and tracking
Our main website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The shop uses the cookies Shopify needs to run a cart and checkout.
